A leading Gents Salon is looking for Male Barber for its branches in Dubai and Sharjah.

Salary: 1,800 + Commission + Tips + Free Accommodation
(Commission is 40% Commission on sales above Target).
(Free Accommodation with Internet, Cleaning, AC is provided)
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, trims, and styling for male clients.
• Perform beard shaping, trimming, and straight razor shaves.
• Recommend grooming products and hairstyles based on clients' preferences and facial features.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and barber chairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in men’s grooming.
• Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Requirement:
• Proven experience as a Male Barber
• Proficiency in clipper work, scissor cuts, fades, and beard grooming.
• Knowledge of different hair types and textures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene best practices.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
