As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented real Estate Sales Representative who has excellent communication skills, great convincing abilities, and is capable of building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, particularly in off-plan sales, with at least 1 years of experience in the off-plan market. A UAE driving license is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with a strong focus on off-plan sales. Provide detailed property information to prospective buyers and tenants, including project updates and timelines, especially related to upcoming developments by developers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Attend property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients, especially for off-plan projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, upcoming developments, and property listings from key developers in the UAE. Ensure all transactions are completed smoothly, from initial inquiry to closing. Utilize social media and other marketing tools to promote properties and off-plan projects. Meet and exceed sales targets, especially in off-plan property sales. Use great convincing skills to effectively communicate the value of properties and close sales deals. Key Requirements: Minimum of 1 years of experience in off-plan sales in the UAE real estate market (required). UAE driving license preferred. Strong knowledge of upcoming projects from developers in the UAE. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Great convincing and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly off-plan developments. Must be self-motivated, dynamic, and a team player. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
