Pravarthi Building Contracting LLC is seeking Electrical & Plumbing Foreman with a strong background only in warehouse and steel building construction. If you have 15 years of experience in Dubai and expertise in supervising and managing construction projects (warehouse and steel building construction), we invite you to apply.
Position Overview:
As a Electrical & Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site for projects involving warehouses and steel buildings. You will coordinate and supervise site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage MEP Works operations for warehouse and steel building projects
• Coordinate and lead MEP teams on-site
• Ensure the safety and quality standards are maintained
• Monitor project progress and report to management
• Assist in managing materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to site schedules and project deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 15 years of Dubai-based experience in civil construction, specifically with warehouse and steel buildings
• Strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of authority / DEWA processes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent communication skills
