We’re a small, home-based micro bakery specializing in organic, long-fermented sourdough loaves and gut-friendly baked goods. We’re looking for a skilled baker with sourdough experience to join us part-time (2–3 days/week, ideally mornings).
Requirements:
• Proven sourdough baking experience (home or professional)
• Understanding of fermentation, hydration levels, and shaping techniques
• Reliable, clean, and passionate about real food
• Based in or near Dubai
