AL Afaq is seeking a dedicated, flexible, well-organized, and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Develop and implement HR policies in line with UAE labor laws
Support performance appraisal and training & development programs
Address employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture
Walk-in Interview Details
Interview Date: 24 April to 10 May
Interview Timing: 1000 AM – 01:00 PM daily
Location: King Faisal Street Sharjah
