We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support our real estate team. If you have strong attention to detail and can handle paperwork, calls, and coordination — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage tenancy contracts and documents
• Coordinate with agents, clients, and landlords
• Handle calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Update property listings and CRM
• Assist with RERA paperwork (if needed)
Requirements:
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate procedures
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in real estate admin is preferred
