Job Description – Receptionist (Female)
We are looking for an energetic and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle a variety of administrative, HR, and office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and emails.
* Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a presentable reception area.
* Manage and update Zoho People (attendance, leaves, employee data, etc.).
* Provide administrative support to the team as required.
* Assist HR with recruitment coordination, employee records, and onboarding formalities.
* Support accounts team with basic documentation and clerical tasks.
* Handle courier, stationery, and other office supplies.
Requirements
* Female candidate, energetic and presentable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of HR or accounts processes is an advantage.
* Familiarity with Zoho People or similar HR software preferred.
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* MUST BE UNDER HUSBAND'S OR FATHER'S VISA
