Requirements:
• Must be from Russia
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a florist (senior or lead level)
• Expertise in creating luxury arrangements and handling premium flowers
• Ability to manage floral design projects independently
• Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Abu Dhabi, UAE
