Salary: AED 3,000–4,000/month
Fuluflow is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Jumeirah
Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients manage their accounting,
VAT submissions, and tax registrations — using our own in-house developed accounting
software.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bookkeeping, client contact, and also wants
to contribute to the evolution of a modern accounting system.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for clients using Fuluflow’s proprietary accounting platform
- Handle VAT filings, tax registrations, and related compliance tasks
- Assist with client onboarding, setup, and documentation collection
- Act as the primary point of contact for client questions and support
- Maintain clean and organized client files
- Provide product feedback to our tech team to help us improve the software
- Identify recurring client issues and suggest process improvements
What You Bring
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally with multiple clients or in a practice
- Good understanding of UAE VAT rules and general tax concepts
- Comfortable working with accounting systems (experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or
similar is a plus)
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and a structured work style
- Bonus: Experience in client-facing roles or customer support
