Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage the full spectrum of finance functions while supporting the company’s growth strategy. Must have 5-7 years UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure healthy financial operations.
Monitor project costing, invoicing, and collections.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax, and audit requirements.
Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a plus).
Minimum 5–7 years of accounting/finance experience (preferably in Interior Design, Construction, or related industries).
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, Corporate Tax, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho, Odoo or similar).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
