About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer holding a valid Dubai Municipality license (G+4, G+8, or G+12) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure in compliance with UAE regulations and Dubai Municipality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and approve structural and civil engineering designs in line with Dubai Municipality requirements.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineers on technical issues and project progress.
Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and compliance submissions to Dubai Municipality.
Monitor project costs, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all project stages.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid Dubai Municipality Civil Engineer License (G+4, G+8, or G+12).
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DM regulations, and industry standards.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, ETABS, etc.).
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
