Job Responsibilities
Plan daily visits to current and potential sales outlets, and prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly work plans.
Identify high-potential dealers and focus on increasing sales through them.
Place customer orders using price lists and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
Keep the management updated by submitting daily activity and performance reports.
Stay informed about competitors by tracking their pricing, products, delivery times, and marketing methods.
Handle customer complaints by understanding the issue, finding solutions, and reporting the outcome to management.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance in the assigned area.
Identify and connect with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare staff to promote company products.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts at hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Share product details and give presentations or demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
Keep an eye on market changes and competitor activities, and gather feedback to help improve our products.
Work with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns successfully.
