We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Accounts Manager - Sales to join our UAE team. This target-oriented role focuses on independently generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and building lasting relationships in the hospitality industry. Independently generate and qualify sales leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial client engagement to closing deals and post-sale support.
Leverage existing contacts in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, investors, brands/ chains and related hospitality sectors (any area where food is served) to expand our client base.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client account management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality, food service, or related industry.
Strong network of contacts in hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and F&B establishments in the UAE.
Proven ability to independently generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
UAE driving license and willingness to travel
