We Are Hiring – Fit-Out Project Manager (10+ Years Experience, Joinery & Manufacturing Knowledge Required)
We are looking for a highly experienced Fit-Out Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in fit-out project management and a strong understanding of the full joinery/manufacturing process, from design to production to site installation.
Responsibilities:
• Lead projects end-to-end, from design coordination to final handover, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline benchmarks.
• Oversee fit-out works including decoration, space planning, MEP coordination (AC, electrical, plumbing), carpentry, flooring (marble & tiles), stone installation, exteriors, landscaping, and bespoke finishes.
• Manage and coordinate with the factory team — ensuring full integration between manufacturing processes (CNC, edge banding, carpentry, finishing) and on-site execution.
• Control project costs, procurement, and schedules, implementing lean practices to reduce overruns.
• Supervise labor force and site material requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage AED 500K – 10M projects independently.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills.
