We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join our service team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints politely
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
Process bills and handle payments when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, polite, and well-groomed appearance
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
