Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic waiter/waitress to join our gelato shop team. You will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service and promoting our delicious gelato offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve gelato and other menu items, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend training sessions to learn about our products and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
