الوصف

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner Record customer feedback and forward it to the relevant departments Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved Support sales or operational teams when needed Requirements: Previous customer service experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software Ability to multitask and work under pressure Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus) Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required How to Apply: Interested applicants, please send your CV via WhatsApp to: +971 52 583 6622
