Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Record customer feedback and forward it to the relevant departments
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved
Support sales or operational teams when needed
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
