We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales
Present and explain products or services in a clear and compelling manner
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
Ability to handle rejections and remain resilient under pressure
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
