Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Beauty Advisor to represent Hada Labo Tokyo across our retail partners in the Northern Emirates. As the face of our brand in-store, you will engage with customers, provide expert skincare advice, and help drive product awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand extension for Hada Labo Tokyo, delivering excellent customer service. You are our eyes and ears on ground in the market.
- Greet and engage customers, identifying their skincare needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, usage techniques, and key benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and customers.
- Achieve sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or skincare sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty and skincare, with the ability to share product knowledge confidently.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel across the Northern Emirates.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be on father’s or husband’s visa (we do not provide visa sponsorship).
