Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing photorealistic 3D renderings and accurate CAD layouts for interior design projects. You will work closely with our design team to bring concepts to life, from initial layout plans to final visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 2D space planning and layout drawings in AutoCAD.
Develop high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and flythroughs.
Collaborate with designers to interpret concepts and technical requirements.
Work with materials, lighting, and textures to achieve realistic visual output.
Ensure accuracy, detail, and consistency in all visual and layout work.
Stay current with design trends and visualization tools.
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in both 2D drafting and 3D visualization for interiors.
Strong design sense and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Portfolio showcasing layout drawings and 3D work is required.
