About the Role
We are a private family looking for an experienced Private Chef to plan and cook healthy, beautifully presented international meals with a strong focus on French and Italian cuisine. The chef will create weekly menus, prepare all breakfasts, daily lunches (for two adults), and family dinners. Precise calorie and macro tracking is required for one adult.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Planning & Nutrition
Design balanced weekly menus with creative French, Italian and broader international dishes (Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern, etc.)
Calculate and track calories/macros only for one person (the father) according to fitness goals
Meal Preparation
Breakfast: Healthy, varied breakfasts for the family
Lunch: Nutritious meals for two adults (children eat outside at noon)
Dinner: Elegant, family-style dinners with refined presentation
Cooking Skills
Mastery of high-end gas barbecue cooking for perfectly grilled meats, fish and vegetables
Solid expertise in classic and modern French and Italian cuisine
Quality & Hygiene
Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards
Source fresh, top-quality ingredients and manage grocery shopping
Collaboration
Coordinate with household staff and train the maid when needed for prep/cleaning assistance
Adapt menus to allergies, preferences and seasonal produce
Requirements
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in fine-dining restaurants/hotels
Strong background in French and Italian cooking techniques and healthy international cuisine
Ability to calculate calories and macronutrients with precision
Mastery of gas barbecue equipment and grilling methods
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional, discreet and trustworthy
Valid UAE residence/visa or ability to obtain one quickly
