Job Description:
A newly established industrial bakery in Ajman is seeking a motivated and skilled Bread & Pastry Worker to support the production team.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in bread making and bakery operations and is eager to grow within a professional bakery environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking processes
Operate mixers, ovens, and other bakery equipment under supervision
Support packing and product labeling as required
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the production floor
Follow HACCP/GHP protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Work flexible shifts (day or night) based on production needs
Requirements:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in a commercial/industrial bakery (UAE preferred)
Knowledge of bakery production processes (especially bread or flatbreads)
Familiarity with food safety regulations in the UAE (certificates are a plus)
Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate joining
Salary & Benefits:
AED 2,500 – 3000 based on experience and skill level
Shared accommodation allowance
Daily meal allowance
UAE health insurance
