Private Family Chef — Dubai (Live-out / Live-in negotiable)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Private Family Chef to prepare daily meals and occasional events for our household. The ideal candidate is skilled in Mediterranean cuisine, eager to learn new recipes, and able to organize private home parties.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and prepare healthy, varied family meals focusing on Mediterranean cuisine
• Adapt menus to family preferences, dietary requirements, and seasonal produce
• Prepare and manage food for private parties and small events at home (menu planning, shopping, execution)
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and storage practices
• Manage inventory, grocery shopping, and supplier relationships as needed
• Occasionally prepare dishes from other cuisines (a plus)
Requirements
• Proven experience as a private chef, personal/home chef, or similar role
• Strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine; willingness to learn new recipes and cuisines
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to plan menus, manage time, and work independently
• Professionalism, discretion, and good communication skills
• Relevant culinary qualifications or references preferred
