Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Indian or Afghan Cuisine Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing traditional Indian or Afghan dishes with authentic flavors.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and/or Afghan dishes.
Cut and prepare vegetables and other ingredients for daily use.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Indian or Afghan cuisine (restaurant experience preferred).
Ability to cut and prepare vegetables and ingredients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
