• Assist in preparing ingredients for burgers, sides, and beverages (washing, cutting, portioning, marinating).
• Support in cooking burgers, grilling patties, toasting buns, and assembling orders according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Follow portion control guidelines to minimize waste and ensure consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed (HACCP/restaurant rules).
• Receive and store deliveries in a proper and safe manner.
• Assist in stock rotation and report shortages or damages to the Head Chef.
• Support senior kitchen staff in busy hours by preparing mise en place and carrying out basic cooking tasks.
• Dispose of waste properly and help keep kitchen and storage areas clean.
• Uphold teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude in the kitchen.
