We are currently seeking a dedicated AC/HVAC Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch air conditioning solutions. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, conducting thorough inspections to identify problems and determine necessary repairs.
• Handle both electrical and mechanical components of HVAC units, ensuring that all work is completed to industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Provide excellent service by communicating repair needs clearly and addressing any concerns may have.
• Keep accurate records of service work, including notes on repairs made and parts replaced, for future reference.
Skills & Competencies:
• Deep understanding of Refrigeration and HVAC Knowledge
• Ability to diagnose problems in air conditioning systems using diagnostic tools and knowledge of common faults
• Proficiency in working with electrical components.
• Skilled in handling, charging, and testing refrigerators, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Understanding safety protocols, including working with electrical systems and refrigerants, ensuring all tasks are performed according to OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 3 - 5 Years relevant experience
• High school diploma is required, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
• HVAC Certificate is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and diagnostics, with the ability to adapt to various products and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing your time effectively to meet service deadlines.
