We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and order inventory as needed.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic).
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
