Responsibilities for bus attendant
Diffuse difficult situations in a positive manner and with respect to the needs of the passengers
Ensure safe and clean vehicle condition at the start and end of each shift
Communicate effectively with dispatch or central office personnel via two way radio
Assist operators in navigating and finding locations where necessary
Ensures the safe loading and unloading of students to and from destinations, to include operation of specialized equipment for attending to students with special needs.
