We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laundry Operations Supervisor to join our team located at Ajman UAE. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and cleanliness. The Laundry Operations Supervisor will manage a team of laundry staff and work closely with other departments to ensure that laundry operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Oversee the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring tasks such as sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivery are completed efficiently.
Coordinate the usage and maintenance of laundry equipment, ensuring all machines are functioning properly and schedules for cleaning and maintenance are followed.
Track and manage laundry orders, ensuring quick turnaround times and high-quality results.
Quality Control:
Ensure all laundry items meet quality standards and specifications before being sent out for delivery or use.
Conduct inspections on cleaned laundry to confirm they are free from damage, stains, or defects.
Implement quality control procedures to improve laundry services.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce all safety regulations within the laundry area, ensuring staff adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility to minimize risks and maintain compliance with local health and safety standards.
Customer Service:
Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding laundry services and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure laundry services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in laundry operations or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Knowledge of laundry equipment, cleaning agents, and maintenance procedures.
