A Floor Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a retail store or other business unit within a company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of sales associates and other staff members
Ensure that all employees are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
Maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed properly
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Train and develop employees to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
