We are currently seeking a confident, fluent English speaking motivated, and career-focused Tele-Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our office-based team in Ajman.
This role is ideal for a single,individual who can fully commit to a rewarding and fast-paced work environment without external obligations. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and promoting our services with professionalism and enthusiasm on call.
Key Responsibilities:
-Making outbound sales calls and responding to inbound customer inquiries
-Providing clear, helpful information to clients and converting leads
-Following up on potential leads and maintaining accurate records
-Managing communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM platforms
-Delivering excellent customer service and support at all times
Requirements:
-Fluent in English (spoken and written)
-Arabic language skills are an added advantage
-Strong communication and persuasion skills
-Computer literate and confident using office software and communication tools
Must be fully committed to the role and able to work from our office
