Interior Fitout Estimator & Site Engineer

1. Interior Fitout Estimator
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents.
Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.
Prepare BOQs and material take-offs.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in fitout estimation.
Strong knowledge of market rates and materials.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
2. Site Engineer (Interior Fitout)
Responsibilities:
Oversee site activities and ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and quality standards.
Manage site safety and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fitout site execution.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage teams on site.
