Logistics Supervisor Duties
Manage and oversee daily operations of the logistics department
Plan and coordinate logistics processes in order to maximize efficiency
Develop and implement effective strategies and procedures for the logistics department
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best rates and quality of services
Monitor performance of logistics staff and manage personnel issues
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
