We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales and leasing, an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market, and exceptional negotiation skills. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, list, and market residential and commercial properties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales/leasing targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
RERA certification (or willing to obtain).
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation target-driven, and results-oriented.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese are an advantage).
