We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales / Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will handle sales transactions, assist customers, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries.
Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate cash drawer and ensure proper end-of-day reconciliation.
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
Assist with inventory and restocking when needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier or in retail sales (preferred).
Basic math and computer skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic English required; other languages are a plus.
