Job Responsibilities:
Record and track daily company financial transactions, including income and expenses;
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy;
Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and managing invoices;
Collaborate with the external accounting firm to assist in VAT and corporate tax filings;
Handle banking transactions such as payments, reconciliations, and fund transfers;
Maintain and organize financial records to ensure compliance;
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
✅ Education: Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
✅ Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial operations;
✅ Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and financial software (experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus);
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
✅ Language: English proficiency is preferred;
✅ Other Qualities: Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
