Are you an organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant looking for a dynamic role? I am seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (Female) to support a busy CEO managing multiple businesses. This position is based at home in Shakhbout City, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with personal tasks, including running errands and managing household needs.
- Transport children to and from school and other activities as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
