We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee team. The Head Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, training and supervising junior baristas, maintaining smooth daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the barista team, ensuring consistency in coffee preparation and service.
• Train, coach, and mentor baristas on brewing methods, latte art, customer service, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across the coffee bar.
• Manage stock of coffee, milk, and other supplies; coordinate with management on ordering.
• Develop and maintain recipes and quality standards for espresso, filter, and specialty drinks.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support management with scheduling, staff performance, and operational improvements.
