Kids Spot Nursery is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse – Operations Officer to oversee health protocols and lead daily operational standards across the nursery. This unique role combines pediatric nursing expertise with operational leadership, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality environment for our children and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety (Nursing Duties)
Ensure all children’s medical records are complete, confidential, and regularly updated.
Maintain full compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) guidelines and lead nursery preparation for inspections.
Monitor and uphold health, hygiene, and illness prevention protocols.
Provide first aid and emergency response to children and staff when required.
Keep the nursery clinic organized, stocked, and in line with regulatory standards.
Train staff on basic first aid, hygiene procedures, and health-related policies.
Operations Officer
Lead day-to-day non-academic operations across the nursery to ensure smooth and compliant functioning.
Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure nursery facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Ensure administrative systems (e.g., filing, child records, registration, inventory) are efficient and accurate.
Coordinate with the accounts team to manage petty cash, supplier invoices, and operational budgeting.
Support recruitment, onboarding, documentation, renewals, and staff records.
Provide executive-level support, managing schedules, tasks, and communications as required by management.
Provide operational leadership to ensure nursery policies are effectively applied on the floor.
Oversee and manage operational projects, from planning to execution.
Collaborate with academic and admin teams to plan and execute internal and external nursery events.
