A child Skill Development Centre in Sharjah is hiring a Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations of our vibrant centre, which offers:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the centre.
Ensure compliance with SPEA regulations.
Lead and support teaching & admin staff.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and child welfare.
Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
Requirements as per SPEA:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Early Childhood (attested).
CACHE Level 5 in Leadership for Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of administrative/management experience in nurseries, schools, or child development centres.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood or education settings
Valid Police Clearance & Medical Fitness Certificate.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
