We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensure efficient office operations, and assist with a variety of clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
Support management and staff with general office duties
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High level of discretion and professionalism
Minimum high school diploma; further education is a plus
