We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with document filing, scanning, and organizing
Support other departments with administrative tasks
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ensure office supplies are stocked and managed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
