Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records. Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and procedures. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and HR events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position. Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems. High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
