Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing and managing property listings.
Should know property finder, bayut, dubizzle.
Knows how to renew broker cards and trakheesi permits.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
Prepare tenancy contracts, NOCs, and basic real estate documentation.
Coordinate with developers, property portals, and government authorities (Ejari, Trakheesi, DLD, etc.) as required.
Support day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Assist in social media postings and online property listings.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time and with accuracy.
Assist the accountant with commissions & document filing.
