Responsibilities:
- Communicating with guests, distributing check-in and check-out information, and supporting guests during their stay;
- Coordinating with team members;
- Communicating with various maintenance departments, building management, and government agencies to resolve various issues;

- The employee must be able to promptly and competently respond to messages and calls;
- The employee must be stress-resistant and able to handle situations where guests behave rudely or disrespectfully.
- Knowledge of Arabic or Russian will be considered a significant advantage when reviewing the employee's application.
