Role Overview
The Studio Coordinator role combines administrative management with sales and client relations to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent growth of the Academy.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational
• Coordinate and oversee daily class schedules, ensuring lessons start and finish on time.
• Manage the overall Academy calendar and support event/program planning.
• Track student attendance and process payments.
• Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Contact potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into paying students.
Qualifications & Skills
• Female candidate (requirement).
• Fluent in Russian and English – both written and spoken.
• Passion for the arts and appreciation for dance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative coordination.
• Background in dance, performing arts, or fitness industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy.
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated team player.
