Martial Arts Coach – Shaolin Kung Fu Academy (Dubai)
Shaolin Kung Fu Academy is seeking a passionate Martial Arts Coach with proven experience working with children to join our professional team.
Requirements:
* Must hold a Personal Training Certificate and a Martial Arts Certificate
* Minimum 3 years coaching experience (essential – no experience, no hiring)
* Gymnastics skills preferred but not essential
* Positive, energetic, and understands how children learn and develop
* Commitment to excellence and willingness to learn under the guidance of our Headmaster, Shifu Yan Kun
Role:
* Deliver high-quality martial arts training for kids following the academy’s structured program
* Work on a rota schedule aligned with training times
* Participate in kids camps during school holidays
* Maintain discipline, motivation, and fun in every class
* Continue professional growth through Shaolin Kung Fu mentorship
Hours:
* Tuesday – Sunday
* Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM (except Fridays - earlier finish)
* Weekends: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary 3,500 – 7,000 AED (with commission)
