Description

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Manager to foster and grow our online and offline community. You will be the key liaison between our brand and our community, ensuring engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow and maintain a vibrant community. - Create, curate, and manage relevant content across social media platforms and forums. - Monitor community discussions, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner. - Organize and host community events, both online and in-person, to enhance member interaction. - Analyze community metrics and feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals. - Advocate for community needs and provide insights to internal teams. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in community management or social media roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Creative problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
