We are expanding our presence in the UAE and international markets and are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager / Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our online growth and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and traffic to the portal.
Manage and grow Kiwicareer.com’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to attract both employers and job seekers.
Optimize website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and ensure strong visibility on search engines.
Create engaging and creative content (posts, stories, videos, blogs, ads).
Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with the business development and design teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing / social media management (preferably in job portals, HR tech, recruitment, or related industries).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media algorithms.
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
