Job Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Scheduling:
o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in coordination with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
o Create and maintain schedules using project management software to ensure timely project delivery.
• Budget Management:
o Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and control project costs to stay within financial targets.
o Analyze variances and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
o Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
o Coordinate tasks among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Vendor & Contract Management:
o Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
o Ensure all parties adhere to contractual obligations, quality standards, and timelines.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
o Ensure construction work complies with all building codes, safety regulations, permits, and company standards.
o Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Risk Management:
o Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
• Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, change orders, site diaries, and cost tracking.
o Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Stakeholder Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
o Communicate clearly and effectively to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Health & Safety Oversight:
o Enforce health and safety policies and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
o Lead incident investigations and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in the UAE construction industry
Valid DEWA and DM approvals (mandatory)
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in compliance with UAE regulations
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, health & safety regulations, and inspection protocols
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
UAE driving license preferred
